Happy Monday folks!
International flavours were visited this past week. It commenced at our home with a Scandinavian themed brunch that included homemade gravlax, hard-boiled eggs and rye bread from Georgetown Bakery. Six days later, it was a Mexican dinner with fish tacos, guacamole, refried beans, stuffed jalapenos and more. It was, of course, hosted by a true Campeche native.
