Hello! It’s been a while! How are you doing? How I have missed writing here! After a year dedicated to SeaBerry Studios, my company is established, solid, and finally giving me time, and energy, to be typing these words. Let’s keep this first post of 2016 short and sweet with a few photos of the past week, shall we?
The snow is in the ground and the cold is undeniable. How easy it is to give in to winter slumber and spend each free moment with a book and a pile of blankets. Not with two toddlers! “Shovelling” seems to be our 20 month old’s favourite pastime and our 4 year old loved his first time cross-country skiing in Pippy Park.
We also planted peas for a harvest of pea shoots in the next few weeks. Our oldest has been planting them each winter but this is the first time he seems genuinely interested. Every day he goes and checks the container. Miguel follows suit which makes for some adorable photos. If you want to do them at home read here!
The last photo is taken after a beautiful Sunrise yoga flow by LB. I’ve been trying to go each Monday at 6:30am. It’s such a wonderful way to start the day! I love driving down to the harbour when the city is still sleeping.
Have a wonderful week! Make it count.
